Sierra Leone’s new president, Julius Maada Bio, has just met with a cross section of the leadership of the opposition APC, among them his challenger in the just concluded election, Dr Samura Kamara.

The meeting, held at the President’s private residence, was timely, coming as the country deals with post election violence.
They have agreed to work to gether to move the country forward.
Notable figures from the APC include Osman Yansaneh, Chernor Bah (APC Vice Presidential candidate), and new elected Freetown Mayor, Yvonne Aki-Sawyer.
